Flexible Copper

Flexible copper refers to a class of copper-based materials and products engineered to bend, twist, and move without cracking or losing electrical performance. It combines the excellent conductivity of traditional copper with enhanced mechanical compliance, enabling its use in dynamic, compact, and high‑reliability applications. Unlike rigid copper bars or solid wires, flexible forms are typically produced as fine-stranded conductors, braided structures, foils, or laminated composites with insulating films.The fundamental advantage of flexible copper lies in its balance between electrical and mechanical properties.
