Fire-resistant rubber cables are specialized power and control cables designed to maintain circuit integrity and mechanical performance under high temperatures and fire conditions. They allow the cable to be installed in complex routing paths, tight spaces, and moving applications such as cable reels or drag chains. Rubber sheaths also offer excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance, which is important in industrial and mining environments. In addition, many fire-resistant rubber cables are designed to perform in a wide temperature range, maintaining flexibility at low temperatures and stability at elevated temperatures.Another important characteristic is resistance to environmental influences. Fire-resistant rubber cables can be designed to withstand moisture, UV radiation, ozone, and various chemicals. This makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, including harsh and corrosive atmospheres. Their robust construction helps reduce maintenance needs and extends service life, even under continuous mechanical and thermal stress.In modern safety-focused designs, fire-resistant rubber cables are integrated into overall fire protection and emergency power systems.
